You might have noticed on our web site that every item now displays information about Loyalty Points.
In late 2019 we changed over to issuing Loyalty Points, a system which is a built-in feature of our new web site. Loyalty Points are now earned in place of our previous Loyalty Vouchers. We kept honouring the old Loyalty Vouchers until well past their expiry dates, but they are no longer valid now.
Why the change? The web site makes it much easier to manage the points, and it also means you won't lose them or forget to use them. You also earn points on every single dollar spent, you don't need to reach a minimum amount as with the old Loyalty Vouchers.
Even if you don't place your order online, we now enter all mailed and phone orders through our web shop as the central order system, so your points are earned just like everyone else.
Your Loyalty Points balance shows up in your customer account, so you can check them any time on the Account Overview page - this page is display immediately after logging in. If you are already logged in then you can view it any time by clicking on 'Your Account' at the top right of the screen.
New points are credited when an order is shipped, not when an order is placed, as an order could be changed at some stage up until that time. That's why your balance will not change right away after placing an order, the points will be credited and available for use as soon as the order is shipped.
If you have Loyalty Points available to use, you have the option to use them at the checkout when you are placing an order - simply tick the box to say you want to use them and the amount will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
