Our web shop emails you at the time that your order is shipped, so if we have your email address then you will receive a shipping email and you'll then know that your order is on the way at the next courier pickup. The email will include the tracking number near the bottom and you can check your order on the courier post web site.
Orders normally take 2-3 days to be delivered after shipping, but this can vary due to location or freight volumes. Please use the 'Lodge an enquiry' option on the Courier Post tracking web site if you feel there is a problem. We will only do the same thing and by doing it yourself rather than asking us to do it you will receive the information and updates directly and therefore sooner. It also frees us up to concentrate on shipping. We suggest that you allow 5 days before contacting Courier Post in this manner.
We are right up to date with seed potato shipments. Lily bulbs on orders which are only for lilies are also up to date. Lily bulbs which are on an order together with other summer bulbs will be sent as one shipment from late September.
Gladioli, begonias, dahlias and other summer bulbs have started shipping now. Due to very heavy order volumes we are running several weeks later than we had expected, and it will take us several weeks to work through all the orders. We apologise for the delay.
