We are doing our best to reply to emails and phone messages about individual orders, but there can be delays of up to a week or more on replies to emails.
We are fairly well up to date with shipping now.
Items which were very late arriving with us (Tigridia, Tuberose and Clivia) have now all been completed.
The web site is now open again for our final stock clearance sale.
Shipping of sale orders starts on Wednesday 24 November.
Our web shop emails you at the time that your order is shipped, so if we have your email address then you will receive a shipping email and you'll then know that your order is on the way at the next courier pickup. The email will include the tracking number for the parcel so you can check your delivery progress on the courier post web site. If the link does not work, please copy and paste it from your shipping notification email into the tracking area on the NZ Post web site to check it.
Orders normally take 2-3 days to be delivered after shipping, but this can vary due to location or freight volumes. Please use the 'Lodge an enquiry' option on the Courier Post tracking web site if you feel there is a problem. We will only do the same thing and by doing it yourself rather than asking us to do it you will receive the information and updates directly and therefore sooner. It also frees us up to concentrate on shipping. We suggest that you allow 5 days before contacting Courier Post in this manner.
