Shipping Updates

We have started shipping our autumn bulbs and will continue to ship these regularly. Shipping of our spring bulbs will begin from the end of March. Orders for spring bulbs placed today will likely be shipped in mid April. If your order includes items from both the autumn and spring catalogues, these will be shipped separately.

Unfortunately we can't give an exact date of shipment for individual orders because of order volumes and varying staff levels.


Our web shop emails you at the time that your order is shipped, so if we have your email address then you will receive a shipping email and you'll know that your order is on the way at the next courier pickup, usually late afternoon on the day you get your shipping email. The email will include the tracking number for the parcel so you can check your delivery progress on the courier web site.

Orders normally take 2-3 days to be delivered after shipping, but this can vary due to location or freight volumes. Please contact us if you feel there is a problem, although we suggest that you allow 5 days for parcels to arrive before contacting us as it often takes this long, especially for rural addresses.
