Shipping Updates

We are unable to answer questions about individual orders and when they will be shipped - please see the information below, which we will update regularly once shipping begins in late March.

Orders for spring flowering bulbs placed once our web site opens in late January are 'pre-orders'. Actual shipping of orders does not begin until late March or early April, depending on the season. Some bulbs are only just arriving into stock in late March.

11 May

Shipping is now 75% of the way through. More than 700 orders were processed between Saturday and Monday alone, we're going seven days a week and expect to complete shipping inside 10 days.

26 April

Shipping is well under way now as the final packing is completed. Older orders, which have been delayed due to a few items not being ready, will be a high priority in the next few days. We expect to ship close to 2000 orders this week. We're sorry we can't give exact shipping dates for everyone, it's simply not possible with the volume of orders being processed each day.

14 April

Shipping has started and more than a thousand orders have shipped already. Late arriving bulbs are being packed and when this is completed we will be able to ship many more orders each day than at present. Ranunculus and miscellaneous bulbs such as tritonia, babiana and sparaxis were extremely late arriving this season and have held up all orders which include those lines.

Our web shop emails you at the time that your order is shipped, so if we have your email address then you will receive a shipping email and you'll then know that your order is on the way at the next courier pickup. The email will include the tracking number near the bottom and you can check your order on the courier post web site.

Orders normally take 2-3 days to be delivered after shipping, but this can vary due to location or freight volumes. Please use the 'Lodge an enquiry' option on the Courier Post tracking web site if you feel there is a problem. We will only do the same thing and by doing it yourself rather than asking us to do it you will receive the information and updates directly and therefore sooner. It also frees us up to concentrate on shipping. We suggest that you allow 5 days before contacting Courier Post in this manner.
