Shipping Updates

Orders for Autumn bulbs will begin shipping from 10 February. Potted Hippeastrum and Wax Hippeastrum orders ship from mid January 2026.

Our web shop emails you at the time that your order is shipped, so if we have your email address then you will receive a shipping email and you'll know that your order is on the way at the next courier pickup, usually late afternoon on the day you get your shipping email. The email will include the tracking number for the parcel so you can check your delivery progress on the courier web site.

In addition to our own shipping notification, our courier Post Haste sends notifications when your parcel is collected, when it is out for delivery and when it has been delivered. Please note that for rural addresses, the 'delivered' notification is sent when the parcel has been passed on to your RD delivery driver. Your parcel will arrive the next working day after this notification.

Orders normally take 2-3 days to be delivered after shipping, but this can vary due to location or freight volumes. Please contact us if you feel there is a problem, although we suggest that you allow 5 days for parcels to arrive before contacting us as it can take this long, especially for rural addresses.
