Fritillaria sibthorpiana

Slender plants with one or two buttercup yellow flowers in mid spring. Plant 15cm deep in rich soil, 20cm apart. Grows to a height of 20cm. Fritillaria bulbs should be planted in early autumn, giving the bulbs time to start developing a root system before the soil cools. Roots will develop in autumn with foliage and flowers forming in the spring.
