We guarantee all our bulbs to be in good condition on arrival with you, and to be true to name.
But we're only human and we make mistakes now and then.
If you are not satisfied with your bulbs on arrival, please contact us within seven days and we will organise collection of the parcel at no cost to you, and we will replace them.
If your bulbs do not flower true to name, we generally cannot replace them at that time as flowering is some months after the selling time. Please contact us and we will keep a record of the problem and will replace them in the following growing season at no cost to you.
